Air tel worst service started without any information :

Hi friends,

I am selva athithan, I am one of the Airtel Mobile Service Customer (Bharti Airtel Limited) - Circle office - Oceanic Towers - 101 Santhome high Road, Santhome - Chennai -600028.

I am using airtel post paid mobile services from more than six months and using pre-paid mobile services from more than 3 years.

Here am sharing my true and bad experience from airtel airtel mobile customer care services with this blog.

I am 25 days before shifted from my native and staying in Kodampakkam - Chennai -600024. immediately to update my new contact address with airtel team via 121. After two days later, one guy called mine mobile and asked about my details and introduce him self. That time am not in my room. So room locked. He asked, why your room is locked? and When i meet you? I am replied , If you want to meet? to come after three hours or tomorrow morning, i will in my room. He is accepted. But no one come to my room and not called me.

After 18 days , mine mobile out going services barred (deactivated) including 121-customer care services too ....

I don't know, why they are deactivated to my mobile out going services.

I am paid all billing amounts. Then why they are deactivated? including 121. It's mean they are not like to serve there customers(me). I'm big worried with OGB mobile. I am reach the near of Airtel Relationship center and asked that reason. They gave the details that, Welcome Visit Negative - unable to confirm your Address. I don't know ? How to they are said that.

immediately am mail to airtel customer care 121@airtelindia.com. They gave same reply to me that mail answer below ,

Dear Mr. Athithan,

Thank you for contacting Airtel.

You had expressed concern over the disconnection of outgoing for the mobile number 9003032100.

We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same.

We would like to inform you that the outgoing has been disconnected as we were unable to get your details in your new billing address. Hence, the verification went negative.

Further, we request you to kindly visit the nearest Air tel Showroom to initiate further in this regard.

To know the nearest Air tel Showroom details, kindly SMS loc <6> to 171 (toll free) from any of Airtel mobile number.

For further assistance, mail us at 121@airtelindia.com.

I am using that mobile number from more than 6 months and added into lot of web pages for my business . But they are easily deactivated my mobile number out going services without any information. I am receiving lot of calls from unknown person with online business web page information. Suppose they are deactivated this number, am losing lot of customers, losing business contact and so....

I am not only faced this problem lot of Airtel Post Paid customers faced this problems everyday and loosed their Activation fees (Rs.300).

Why they (airtel) are not confirm their address and requirement at before of activatiom?
Easily Activated and Deactivated , But not care that customer problems.

I am remember that One Airtel Relationship Customer Care Executive Voice : Airtel Concern have policy, We do and follow that policy.


What is your policy?

I am faced lot of issue with airtel But sharing just day recent news only here and share one more day recent issue from Airtel pre paid Customer Care team.

I am regular user of Airtel Pre-Paid GPRS Service. Because Plan is better than other service.( Rs.20 for Unlimited in day Net using, Rs.75 for Unlimited Downloading in Week and Rs. 350 for Month )

25 days beforem unfortunately my Computer (Lap top) Hard disk failed and not used that Airtel GPRS service more than 20 days while my system is not using condition. recently repaired that Hard disk and installed Mobile connectivity software and checked with my Mobile. I am surprised, because i am not activate that GPRS service , but connected. After 20 minuted later am shocked ...... Rs.70 debited from My mobile account balance within twenty minutes. I am not open more pages, just opened blogger and mail box. Suddenly to called to Airtel Customer Care Service 121, They said, Airtel Pre paid GPRS 1day ,7day, 1 months packs plans are not available from 6th Airtel 2009 and Current plan is 30 paise for 50kp downloading. I hope, that I am not open or downloaded t6hat cost equivallent page So complained. Airtel Customer Team received my complaint and said we will contact & solve your complaint before 20th April 2009. But , Still no one contact me.


After days later, I have urge work and connect airtel Gprs with my computer. I'm very shocked. because, that downloading counter running fast, but am not any web page including not used any browser(like mozilla firrfox, internet Explorer, Google Chorome) too. Everybody known that without web browser no one use internet service( Like not view any web page). But my account debited 5Rs within 5 minutes . To called Airtel 121 and complained, one more time received my complaint and we will solve your problems before 22th April, but still No one called me and Not receive any SMS from Airtel Customer Care.

Totally Airtel Service is Worst .
