
I have a proof of Payment process of FACT updated duplicate receipt screen shot and AOL web screen shot. But i don't believe your words, and i will submit to exact place. Because your every answers is truthless and your aim is eating my(customer) deposit amount.
1. First time your verification executive not meet me and not collect my profile like basic verification form details of married or unmarried / working or business / year income and extra .. Your executive collect any details of me ? are you have question that to your executive? you don't known my profile but easily deactivate mine OG. .....
2. second your your executive went to Tiruchendur Murugan temple not to my house ? Why they are go to there? anyway if you filled that verification form? No. totally confused.
3. i request deactivation and refund of my deposit.you said, i verified and not have any deposit in your a/c.
Where u checked? in LOTUS. Ok. One more clue am given that while am activate mine number that time Airtel offered Activation Fee at free of cost to whole chennai city ( Jun-July-2008) . If you neglate that my clue. If you checked. No.
Second, suppose your customer a/c page not reflect that deposit amount, where you cross checked that? if your cross checked that? No.
If surely cross checked that Payment updation , Give that Payment process- FACT updated page Remarks. I hope u do not checked. or obeying my request.
Anyway your(Airtel) whole aim is eating customer deposit amount.
Single hand not make voice. But make group of worried customer hands ( everyday lot of people worried with your bad service) and meet you on later.
I don't want your reply, want action , What you did? Nothing. So don't reply this mail . If you really worked give that proof of FACT screen shot and Aol Screen shot. Otherwise don't reply me.

Your airtel only offered Activation fee is free on that period.
Check your Offer on that period of jun-2008 july-2009
Airtel offered one more offer that time like Free Activation Deposit for Exist Airtel Land Line customer on that period. So check your Offer too.
Don t make a fool after activation
Rs. 250 is not a matter but you losing more lot of multiple Rs.250 from worried customer.
