Airtel not care the Customer - To avoid Airtel Service.

Hi,

I am Paid Only for Deposit , No activation Fees. Because that time Airtel offered Activation fees. If you have doubt check that Time all Action Numbers.

Don't make Customer as a fool. Check your data base for more query and solve customer problem. because you are as customer care executive, so take care of me(customer).

date of activation is a simple record in your data base. and Activation fees was offered in whole chennai city, not only me. So, easily check that time offer in your side.

and that time airtel collected 500Rs for new connection - 250 activation + 250 deposit . But that time offered Activation fees so only i paid only Deposit amount.


Your answer is obeying to refund any payment to customer. It's not good for Airtel.

Hi

I am updated my New Shifted address for Full verification not only billing Not want a verification that old address. Your Executive or you are wrongly sent that executive to old address.

Anyway i don t want reactivation with bad service operator.


I am activated this (9003032100) number with Activation fees offer time and connection taken from Zenith Connect T.Nagar. Chennai-17. That time Mr.Swaminathan is a SME Manager for Zenith Connect. I am Paid for Deposit only not activation ( Activation fees is Offer on that time) and AM worked before on Airtel -DSA BackEnd . Please Check that FACT updation clearly because am only updated that fact payment process to My Mobile Number (9003032100) .


O.kay don t make fool to customer.


I am forgot that exact activation date and fact receipt nuimber But if you make more worry in my case . Surely I can do more .

However if you wish to change the billing address to Chennai we kindly request you revert to us with the complete address to initiate further action.







Regarding the deposit adjustment:

The deposit payment will not be adjusted with another number as it can be adjusted with that number only and balance will be refunded to the billing address 45 days after bill generation.
